Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Geniffy Innovations Private Limited for using Geniffy. By creating an account or using Geniffy, you agree to them.

Who can use Geniffy

You must be 18 or older. While Geniffy is in early access, accounts are by invitation.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Keep access to that email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at security@geniffy.com if you think someone else has.

What you add is yours

You own the notes, files, links and imports you add, and the memories learned from them. You let us store, process and copy them only as needed to run Geniffy for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Only add what you have the right to add.

Use it fairly

• Nothing illegal, and nothing that harms or harasses others.
• No malware, and no attempts to get around Geniffy's security or limits.
• No scraping, reselling or copying the service.
• Don't add other people's sensitive personal data unless you are allowed to.

Answers can be wrong

Geniffy answers from what you have added and says so when nothing supports an answer, but it can still be wrong or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. Geniffy is not legal, medical or financial advice.

Early access, and price

Geniffy is free during early access. Features may change, appear or go away. If we ever charge for Geniffy, we will tell you first, and nothing will cost you money without your agreement.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Our responsibility

Geniffy is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have kept a copy of. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not let us limit.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka decide any dispute.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect.
